So, well, yes then ...

Post  OEB on Wed Mar 07, 2012 5:13 pm

Yeah, well, it's been awhile. My apologies. Seems I forgot my password, or actually, as it turns out, I forgot my login name. And I made the brilliant move of disabling the option to email forgotten password for admin.

So I became locked out of my own forums. Quite humiliating.

Anyway, it turns out I don't actually login as admin. So the password was actually correct.

So ... what have I missed?

And wig spam ... really?

He's a right lurker, that one.

At least Seamaster and I are putting in a heroic effort to keep things going around here despite the small number of members!

The wig spam has tapered off (or receded) for the time being. Not sure where that came from.

We have a few regulars who post, which is nice. It'd be grand to have a few more people posting, but such is life.

I still see the likes of The Bastages and kellie the goddess over on Facebook, but no luck getting them to play over here. Ethelred stops by once in a blue moon.

What's their excuse? They don't like the looks of our sandbox?

Not sure. Kellie appears to spend most of her time playing Facebook games, so she may have found her social media niche.

I am guess you are the "Frosty" I kept hearing about. I am one of the new guys. A little quick back ground on me, 34, always wanted voodoo way back, never had the cash then. Today I work offshore, have learned a lot on how to tweak computer and started collecting voodoo's. I have 4 laptops, base model for the idol and looking to one day get a desktop. I like to hot rod a lot and have several cars. I do most of my computer tweaking on toughbooks. I work offshore. I have been mainly in the middle east. Hell right no I am sitting in a hotel in Al Khobar Saudi Arabia working on getting Proper Aramco Id's and schooling needed to get back to the rig in this country.

HOT RODS

On the voodoo's I have
M355
M360
M780
Ma538(my sons)
U703
Tarantula keyboard (voodoo logo)
Base model for the Idol (not a real idol just what it was based on)
Voodoo Pc's

You will probably recognize the silver M360 as the one K-tron had. I got it working now but the internals are down graded to M355 specs(CL-50)
